India and Pakistan accused each other of violating a high fire agreement on Saturday night, just a few hours after announcing the end of the worst fighting between the two powers of nuclear almination in more than two decades.

India’s Foreign Secretary, Vikram Miskri, said there had been “repeated violations of the understanding that arrived earlier tonight.”

“The Armed Forces are giving an adequate and appropriate response,” he said, adding: “We call Pakistan to take appropriate measures to address these violations.”

There were reports from India of High Fire Violations along the control line that separates Cashmiro administered by India and administered in Pakistan.

“This is not the high fire,” Omar Abdullah, main minister of Jammu & Cashmira controlled by India in a position on X. “The Air Defense Units in the Srinagar environment just opened.

Pakistan denied any rape and accused India of infractions.

“Pakistan is still committed to the faithful implementation of [the] El Alto El Fuego between Pakistan and India, announced today, ”said a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.

Early in the day, Ishaq Dar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, wrote in a publication on social networks that countries had “solid the high fire with immediate effect.”

“Pakistan has always struggled for peace and security in the region, without compromising its sovereignty and territorial integrity!” Hey wrote.

Around the same time, Miskri said in an informative session in New Delhi: “The Director General of Military Operations of Pakistan called the Director General of Military Operations of India at 15:35 earlier this afternoon.”

“I agreed that both parties would stop fighting and military actions on Earth and in the air and the sea with effect from 5:00 p.m. today.”

He added: “The instructions have a bone on both sides to give effect to this understanding.”

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, claimed credit for the agreement in a social media post.

“After a long night of conversations mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a high and immediate fire,” Trump wrote on his social social media portal. “Congritions to both countries about the use of common sense and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Earlier this week, India fired missiles and launched Drones strikes to Pakistan in retaliation for a firearms attack so she said they were terrorists backed by Pakistani in Pahalgam, Kashmira, on April 22, which killed 25 Indian civilians and a Nepali.

According to Pakistan, the objectives of India included aerial bases at the bottom of the country, including near its military headquarters in Rawalpindi.

Pakistan launched his own military operation against India, pointing to his neighbor with short -range missiles and drones.

India said that Pakistan had begun to mobilize the troops to the border, which increases conflicts that the conflict in the air could become a broader war on the ground.

Both countries claim that their civilians were killed on the other side.

Marco Rubio, Secretary of State of the United States, said in a statement that in the 48 hours they apply for the announcement of Alto El Fuego, he and Vice President JD Vance had committed to senior Indian and Pakistani officials, including the Prime Indian Prime Minister.

“I’m glad to announce that the governments of India and Pakistan have accepted a high immediate fire and start conversations about a wide set of problems in a neutral site,” Rubio said.

“We praise the prime minis and Sharif for their wisdom, prudence and stay in the choice of the path of peace.”

An official of the Ministry of External Affairs of India said that the high fire was resolved directly between India and Pakistan.

The general director of Military Operations of Pakistan “began the call this afternoon after which discussions were carried out and the understanding (it was) reached,” said the official, who did not want to be summoned by name.

“There is no decision to have conversations about any other issue elsewhere,” added the official.

The United States Department of State issued Rubios’s call readings with Indian Foreign Minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, and his Pakistani counterpart to give in which both parties “need”[ed] Identify methods to dismiss and restore direct communication to avoid calculation error. ”
